The Report Viewer form displays an image of reports as they will appear when they are printed.
The Report Viewer form has the following prompts along the top of the form:
| Print button |
| Click Print to print the report currently displayed. |
| Plus and Minus Magnifier buttons |
| Click the Plus Magnifier button to magnify the image of the
report. Click the Minus Magnifier button to shrink the image of the report. |
| Resize button |
| Click the Resize button to size the report to fit the screen. |
| "VCR" buttons |
| Click the "VCR" buttons to skip to the first, previous, next, or last page of the report. |
| Copies: |
| To print multiple copies of the report, enter the number of copies to print, then Click Print. |
| Page:, To: |
| To print only a particular page, or range of pages of the report, enter the range of page numbers to print, then Click Print. |
| Close button |
| Click Close to close the report viewer form. You can also press the [ESC] key. |
