Print Data Change Audit Report


To print a Data Change Audit report, click on Help > Technical Support... > Data Change Audit Report.

The Print Data Change Audit form allows you to print Data Change Audit records that are created when you check the Data Change Auditing menu option above.

The Data Change Audit form has the following prompts:

Menu Option:

Select a menu option for which to print data change audit records, or "(All Menu Options)".

When you select a menu option, the report will only include data changes that were made in that menu option.

Data Type:

Select a data type for which to print data change audit records, or "(All Data Types)".

When you select a data type, the report will only include data changes that were made to that type of data.

User:

Select a user for which to print data change audit records, or "(All Users)".

When you select a user, the report will only include data changes that were made by that user.

Date From:

Select a date from which to print data change audit records, or leave blank for all dates.

When you select a date from, the report will only include data changes that were made on or after that date.

Date To:

Select a date to which to print data change audit records, or leave blank for all dates.

When you select a date to, the report will only include data changes that were made on or before that date.

View button
Click View to view a print image of the Data Change Audit report the report viewer form.
Print button
Click Print to print the Data Change Audit report.
Exit button
Click Exit to close the form.


The printed Data Change Audit report includes the following information:

Date/Time
The date and time of the data change.
Data Type
The type of data changed.
Menu Opt
The menu option in which the data was changed.
User
The user who changed the data.
Data
The data that was changed.
Was/Is
The data as it appeared before and after the change.
