Printed Forms Setup


To open the Printed Forms Setup form, click on the Setup button in the shortcut or drop-down menu, then click on Printed Forms.

The Printed Forms Setup form allows you to define a customized letterhead to appear at the top of all printed forms and documents, including all merge documents, invoices, purchase orders, and work orders.

The following prompts allow you to determine the format of your printed page heading:

Company Logo File:
Click Browse to browse for the file containing your company logo or letterhead graphic image. The image will be printed in the top left corner of printed forms and documents.
Print Company Name:
Depending on the content of your company logo/letterhead graphic, you may also want your company name printed. Check this option to print your company name.
Print Address:
Depending on the content of your company logo/letterhead graphic, you may also want your company address printed. Check this option to print your company address.
Print Phones:
Depending on the content of your company logo/letterhead graphic, you may also want your phone numbers printed. Check this option to print your phone numbers.
Print Email:
Depending on the content of your company logo/letterhead graphic, you may also want your email address to be printed. Check this option to print your email address.

Note: You will notice that the program automatically formats the printed company name, address, phones, and email according to the width of your company logo graphic image. If the logo image takes up most or all of the width of the page, the rest will be printed below it. Otherwise they will be printed to the right of it.

Invoice Note:
The Invoice Note is printed at the bottom of all invoices for all customers. Enter a note something like:

"All work is guaranteed to be as specified and to be performed in accordance with the drawings and specifications submitted in a substantial and workmanlike manner."
